Pipeline Bedding

Your cart, before it leaves the warehouse

Everything you have picked sits here until you are ready to send it out: duvet cover sets, deep-pocket fitted sheets, pillowcase pairs, mattress protectors and towels, gathered across bedrooms and spare rooms. Check the sizes and colours against each bed, add anything you missed, then confirm delivery to your address in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria or further out.

Review your linen order before it leaves the warehouse

Everything you picked sits here in one list, from the duvet cover sets to the deep-pocket sheets and the towel bundle. Check the sizes against each bed, confirm where the delivery goes, and we will cut, pack and send it out from Gauteng.

Delivery

2169 Nicolene Court Suite 584
Lake Kimchester, GP 8645

Courier to Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria or a farm address outside town. Guesthouse orders are packed per room on request.

Confirm and send

Read through the sizes once more, then send the request. We reply with a written confirmation, the thread counts for each item, and the care card for the first wash. If a colour has sold out since you added it, we will offer the nearest shade or hold the line until the next restock lands.

Before you confirm the cart

A few things worth knowing about how orders, sizes and colours work here. None of it is fine print for the sake of it, it just saves a return later.

Sizes are measured flat, not stretched

A king duvet cover is listed at its cut size before the first wash. Percale relaxes by roughly two percent after the initial cold cycle, which is why the care card asks you to wash before making the bed. If your duvet is an older, overfilled one, check the depth against the cover measurement rather than the label on the duvet itself.

Three-quarter is its own size

Three-quarter beds turn up often in older Johannesburg flats and in guest rooms that were converted from studies. We cut a dedicated range for them instead of pointing you at a double. A double fitted sheet will look loose on a three-quarter mattress, and a single duvet cover will not reach the edges.

Colours shift between dye batches

White, stone and charcoal are dyed in small runs, so a restocked charcoal towel may sit a shade away from one bought last season. Within a single order the batch is matched. If you are topping up a guesthouse cupboard, note the batch on your previous invoice and we can check what is on the floor.

Thread count is the woven figure

The number on the card is the actual yarn count per square inch, not a doubled or marketing figure. Percale sits in a moderate range and feels crisp rather than silky. If you want a softer hand, that comes from washing, not from a higher number printed on the pack.

Bundles are fixed combinations

A linen bundle for a spare room is packed as a set and cannot be split across colours. If you need two stone pillowcase pairs and one white duvet cover, build those as separate lines in the cart rather than adjusting a bundle. The cart totals each line on its own.

Delivery areas and cut-off

We deliver to Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, the wider Gauteng area and outlying farm addresses. Farm and smallholding drops need a clear access note in the order, since couriers will not leave a parcel at a gate. Orders placed before the daily cut-off leave the warehouse the same working day.

Before you check out

Cart questions usually come up while you are still deciding between two sizes or a colour that just sold out. Reach the warehouse team the way that suits you, and keep your order reference handy so we can pull it up fast.

We answer during Gauteng working hours, Monday to Friday, and again on Saturday morning for weekend cart edits.

Email the order desk

Best for size swaps, three-quarter bed queries and guesthouse orders with several rooms on one cart. Attach a screenshot of your cart if a line item looks wrong.
