Pipeline Bedding

Your order is in the pipeline

We have your cart and your delivery details. Someone from the warehouse will confirm the sizes and colours before anything is cut from the shelf, so if a three-quarter fitted sheet or a charcoal towel bundle needs a swap, now is the moment to say so.

Your order is in the queue

We have your cart details and the delivery address you chose. A confirmation is on its way to your inbox, and the warehouse team in Gauteng picks and packs on the next working day. If you ordered a mix of percale sets, deep-pocket sheets and towels, everything travels in one consignment.

Keep the care card that ships with the linen. The first wash sets the weave, and a cold cycle followed by a line dry keeps the corners square on fitted sheets and the hems flat on duvet covers.

Your linen order is in the pipeline

Thanks for shopping with Pipeline Bedding. Your cart has been submitted and a confirmation is on its way to the email address you used at checkout. Nothing else is needed from you right now.

What happens next

We pick your duvet covers, fitted sheets and towels from the Gauteng warehouse, check thread counts and sizes against your order, then pack everything into one consignment. If a colour has just sold out, we will contact you before swapping anything.

Delivery and the first wash

Couriers run to Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria and outlying farm addresses. Your care card is packed inside the parcel and explains the first cold wash, which settles the percale weave before regular use.

If something needs changing

Wrong size, a missing pillowcase pair, or a question about a three-quarter bed order? Reach the warehouse directly and quote your order email.
