How Pipeline Bedding handles the details you share when you order linen, ask about a restock, or browse the catalogue from Johannesburg or anywhere else in South Africa.

Order and enquiry forms ask for your name, delivery address, email and phone number so we can confirm sizes, colours and drop-off points. We also keep the message you send, cart contents, and basic technical data such as browser type, device and approximate region. Analytics events record page views and which product grids you open, not the contents of your linen cupboard.
Small cookies keep your cart intact between bedrooms and remember your last viewed size. Analytics cookies help us see which percale shades and towel bundles get attention. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the cart may reset, but browsing the catalogue still works.
We use your details to pack and route orders to Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria or a farm address, to answer guesthouse linen enquiries, and to send a restock note if a colour you asked about comes back. We do not sell contact lists or pass your phone number to unrelated parties.
Order records are kept for as long as needed to handle delivery, returns and accounting. Hosting, email and form providers process data on our behalf under contract, and couriers receive only the address needed for the drop. Where a payment provider is involved, card details are handled on their side and never stored by us.
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, request corrections, ask us to delete an account or enquiry, or withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time. Under GDPR and CCPA, where those apply to you, you also have the right to portability and to object to certain processing. We respond to privacy requests within a reasonable period.

Thread counts, fabric origins and towel weights are listed as they are, without inflated figures. We do not run fake urgency, invented reviews or claims of affiliation with brands we do not work with. If a detail on a product page ever looks unclear, ask before you order and we will confirm it in writing.
