A few points come up often enough that they are worth stating plainly. None of them are fine print hidden at checkout, and none of them change what you get in the box. They simply settle how we describe sizes, colours and lead times so there is no argument later.
A king duvet cover is listed at its cut measurement before the first wash. Cotton percale relaxes by roughly two to three percent after the first cold wash, which is why the care card asks you to wash before fitting. A cover that feels slightly generous on day one is the one that sits correctly on the duvet by week two.
The three-quarter range is cut for the older flats and guest rooms common across Gauteng, not adapted from a double. If your mattress sits between a double and a single, measure the width and depth first. A deep-pocket fitted sheet will not behave on a shallow mattress, and the reverse is also true.
White, stone and charcoal are dyed in small runs. A stone pillowcase ordered six months after the original set may sit a shade apart in daylight. If you are matching an existing bedroom, order the full set together rather than topping up piece by piece.
We list the count of the woven fabric, not a multiplied figure. Some retailers double or triple the number by counting plied yarns separately. Ours is the honest single count, which is why a 200-count percale here feels denser than a 400-count sheet sold elsewhere.
Fabric arrives from Pakistan and Portugal, then gets cut and stitched in Gauteng. When a colour sells out, the wait is usually the mill run, not the sewing floor. We do not hold back stock to create urgency, and we will tell you plainly if a shade is months away.
Bulk orders for guesthouses and small lodges are packed as one consignment, but each room bundle is labelled separately so housekeeping can unpack without sorting. Delivery to Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria or a farm outside town is arranged on the same order, not as a separate arrangement.
