These terms cover how orders are placed and handled on pipelinebedding.com, what we are responsible for, and where our liability ends. They apply to every cart built across bedrooms, guesthouse linen orders and single-item purchases alike.
We sell cotton-percale duvet cover sets, deep-pocket fitted sheets, pillowcase pairs, quilted mattress protectors and hotel-weight towels. Sizes run from single through king, including three-quarter beds. Thread counts and fabric origin are stated as they are on the product page, and colours are dyed in small batches, so a shade can vary slightly between restocks.
An order is confirmed once the cart is submitted and you receive a confirmation email. Check the size, colour and quantity before submitting, since a linen bundle for a spare room is easy to mix up with a main bedroom set. We may cancel an order if stock runs out before it is packed, and any amount already paid is returned in full.
Each item ships with a care card. Follow it, particularly the first wash, which settles the weave and limits lint on towels. Damage caused by bleach, high heat drying or washing against the care card is not treated as a fault. Natural shrinkage of a few percent after the first wash is expected in cotton percale and is not a defect.
We deliver to Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Johannesburg and outlying addresses such as farms. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over at the delivery address. Report visible damage or a short delivery within seven days of receiving the parcel so we can trace it with the courier and replace the affected item.
We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered and for replacing items that arrive faulty. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a guesthouse booking affected by a delayed parcel, or for damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing or storage in damp conditions. Nothing here removes rights you have under South African consumer law.
We update these terms when our ranges, couriers or processes change. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place an order, and it governs that order.
